AIM
This course is to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of how integrated information systems support business processes across various functional areas such as finance, sales, production, and supply chain management. The course aims to equip students with the skills needed to analyze and design enterprise eesource planning (ERP) solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and decision-making. Students will develop a solid foundation in the principles of ERP systems, gaining insights into configuration, implementation challenges, and the strategic role ERP plays in achieving business objectives. Leading ERP vendor SAP will be introduced, and its modules will be studied.

This course contains; Introduction to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP),SAP Concepts,Integrated Business Processes ,Sales and Distribution ,Materials Management ,Production Planning and Execution ,Financial Accounting ,Controlling ,Change Management,Business Process Reengineering,Operations Management ,Competitiveness, Strategy, and Productivity,Process Selection and Facility Layout ,JIT (Just in Time) and Lean Operations.
