AIM

The main aim of this course is to describe the basic law concepts in the construction industry. In addition, it is aimed to nurture discussions on what procurement procedures exist in the construction industry / what contract types are. This course will help students build a solid foundation that will help them understand the basic context of law procedures in the construction industry. This course introduces students to a basic understanding of the legal system and legal issues significant to construction industry professionals. Moreover, this course also covers ethical issues faced in the construction industry.
