AIM

Understanding lean thinking and prioritizing the perception of value in the project management processes & understanding an innovative management system with the waste perception & learning the agile project management principles

This course contains; Lean thinking and lean manufacturing ,Toyota production system (TPS) and lean systems,Lean construction and lean construction management,Lean construction tools and techniques,Case study for lean construction management,Kaizen ,JIT (just in time production),Midyear exam,LPS (Last planner system),Waste, waste and value concepts, waste in the construction industry,Design and construction process wastes and their causes,Agile management approach,Agile application methods (such as Kanban, Scrum),The current situation of lean and agile management in the world and in our country and research on its development and in-class discussion.
