AIM

The course aims to introduce standard forms of contract used in international contracting, to convey the advantages of using standard forms, to teach risk allocation in different standard forms of contract used in international contracting, FIDIC; NEC; ICE; JCT; IChemE forms, to introduce changes in the 2017 editions of FIDIC forms
