AIM
The course aims to develop an understanding of basic skills in Project Management concepts and to introduce techniques required to successfully complete any project, from initial planning through to implementing, overseeing and evaluating projects.
CONTENT
This course contains; What is a project ?,What is management?,Basic concepts.:Project constraints in professional practice: Quality, Time and Cost,Design as a project,Project delivery systems,Pricing arrangements,The concept of planning,Introduction to scheduling, Scheduling tools and techniques for Project Management,Network techniques,Exercise in network scheduling,Precedence diagramming exercises, Precedence diagramming exercises,Crashing.
